We’ve got some tips & tricks you can try to get it back to the luscious lawn you’re looking for…
Bare Spots?
Seed these spots with perennial rye grass mix as soon as the snow is gone. The sooner you seed, the sooner it grows. Spring moisture can help jump start germination.
Not growing?
Fertilize! Use manure or something from the store. But be careful! Too much fertilizer can burn off your grass or wash off from rain.
Hard Ground?
It’s time to aerate! Aeration promotes deeper roots in areas with dry, hard, compact soil. It rejuvenates root growth and jumpstarts the spread of new roots.
Still Sad After a Mow?
Don’t cut it too short! This promotes the spread of weeds, undermines root development, and promotes disease. Leave it a little longer and mow more frequently.
